We are looking forward to retiring here. Nice area near new hospital, low taxes, underground utilities with fiber optic internet. This place will be very nice when the developers finish. Glad to get in early.

Before any more time goes by, I want to share the wonderful experience my husband and I had with the Terrata Homes Sales office at Spicewood Trails subdivision jn Spicewood, Texas. I really cannot say enough good things about Matt, Angie and Kyle. Wow!I have Never had a builder’s sales person go as above and beyond as Angie did and we have built 4 other homes!From patiently showing us “a ton” of beautiful homes and lots (in the heat of summer), to sharing hundreds of details and answers about each house or lot, to truly putting our needs and wishes first at every turn. Angie was impressive. We knew we could trust her. Thank you, Angie for your unbelievable generosity and determination to be true to your word and our best interest.Kyle wasn’t even “our” sales person, but when he saw we were unsure about how best to approach an issue with our other home and needed some advice, he stepped in to offer support - and he was exactly right! He even drove my husband around the subdivision when Angie was out sick.Matt showed us time and again that he valued being up front and honest with prospective buyers and even After we bought a Terrata Home and moved in, Matt was still there for us every time we asked for Anything.Kudos to Angie and the stellar sales team at Terrata Homes.

I just purchased a lot & I cant wait to build! Im going with Magnolia Estate Homes. I LOVED that they were able to make custom changes for me on one of their plans....the way I wanted the layout to be. :-)

We absolutely love Spicewood Trails. Couldnt ask for a better location. Its close to so many fun activities for our family! Having fiber ready for us is a huge win! Cant wait to finish our build!
