Jimmy was absolutely “THE BEST”.From the very beginning of the whole process he listened intently as we went into great detail about what my wife and I desired for our family. He was realistic yet hopeful as he encouraged us to list out our dream home. We never felt as though he was trying to sugarcoat anything, give us false expectations, or pressure us in any direction. After our initial conversation, Jimmy expertly and methodically ensured that he had our list correct and emailed us a summary for us all to follow as we embarked upon our quest.When we began our dream home shopping extravaganza he had everything planned out, was very organized, and was so great with our kids, and because we were in town for only two days to shop, he surprised them with toys, drawing pads and other things to have while we were searching for our future abode.At each house there was almost no delay between our questions and his answers about the properties (and there were many) because he was constantly, consistently, and expeditiously asking the realtors of the homes the questions to our inquiries.Despite issues with closing, Jimmy was on top of everything— quickly eradicating any fires that arose—even though they were not his doing.Jimmy was considerate, tenacious, patient, and professional.
