He helped us greatly with the papers and scheduling and he is very patient and understanding. We been in our new home for a month now and we have had a great experience. The buying process was somewhat stressful but with the help of Garrett Luther it made things feel a lot better. The Richmond American Home builder strives to make their customers happy with the beautiful floor plans and designs. The builder accommodated a few of my changes to make this my dream home. The construction team Justin, Jim, Devon made sure the home was ready for me to enjoy. In my opinion if you work directly with Garrett you will not need to hire a realtor. Garrett goes above and beyond to ensure the entire home buying process goes smoothly.

Garrett, Jim, and the Richmond Team have been a godsend. We had so much trouble with our past home buying experience. But these folks made it a dream. They have been on top of every request, and trust me, we had a lot of reasons for them to be frustrated with us. However, they were there every step of the way.We were not thrilled with their lender, American Home Mortgage, but that is for a different review.

My family and I are relocating to TX, came for a visit with our realtor and looked at 13 homes in 1 day. Our original intent was not to purchase a home on this day but to give our realtor an idea of what we were looking for. Blanco Vista was the last home on the list and we instantly fell in love with the neighborhood and quality/design/layout of the home. The builders did an incredible job utilizing the square footage. Our agent, Garrett with Richmond American homes was incredibly insightful but what we loved most was his genuine and honest answers to our questions, we didn’t feel that unwanted fake sales approach throughout any part of the engagement which bodes well for our family. He also went extra miles for us as we are relocating and could not be physically present through some of the sale process. No doubt a 5 star experience, from the first hand shake until the keys were in our hands (and after)!!
