I recently moved into a new home here.I worked with Patrick on the sales side of things, he was always patient and helped explain everything I wasn’t sure on during the pre and closing process.Since closing I have been working with Richard our construction manager, to fix any issues along the way. He’s been super helpful and always gets back to me right away when I have a question or issue. He’s also really good at coordinating the correct people to address the different issues that naturally arise with a new home.It has been a positive experience and I’m looking forward to the neighborhood growing more! -

Bought a new 3bed house in Sep 2024. I felt bathrooms could be little bigger as well as the closet space. Seems like water softening is not included, which is a must expense on top pf your closing. RC(Construction Manager) was helpful in adressing some of the minor concerns we had before closing, appreciate that -
