    We’ve been living in this neighborhood for two years now, ever since our house was built, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision! The area is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and full of friendly neighbors. The sense of community here is incredible, with events and gatherings that make it easy to connect with others.The location is also fantastic—close to schools, parks, and shopping, yet quiet enough to feel like a retreat. Safety has never been a concern, and we love how clean and well-kept everything is. If you’re looking for a place to feel truly at home, this neighborhood is it!

    I have a beautiful home on a beautiful ranch. Country living close enough to the city to enjoy all both have to offer. Sandbrock Ranch is about family and fun and knowing everyone is a home owner just puts it in perspective.I am enjoying every minute here.

    Well planned subdivision with very nice amenities. The HOA and residents are very welcoming. There three builders all have great options from affordable to luxury.Sunsets are amazing.

    I love Sandbrock Ranch very much. It is a very well maintained close knit community. All the neighbors we have met are amazing and we have made forever friends living here. They very often host events, pre covid and even now they take every precaution to keep safe. Which we appreciate more than they know!I would recommend anyone to chose this community, we have a Highland Home and love it.

    I dont live here but Ive visited and helped a friend with a few events. The way this people treat you and how they go above and beyond to help you and make everything easy was so amazing to me. They are so nice and polite and they make you feel so welcome. If i wasnt building my own home this would be the place I would choose.

    Our realtor brought us to view the HighLand model today. Kathi helped us. She is truly a gem! She welcomed us and was so informative. We are first time home buyers so we had lots of questions. She had everything laid out. Showed us where the open lots were. The community is is well kept, social and active.

    Sandbrock is a great community.My wife and I just cant wait to move in to our first house later this year.I hope they add more amenities like Tennis Courts in the future.

    Best new build master community in the area! Creative fort type play area for kids, awesome amenity center and the homes are truly unique.

    Wonderful community. We helped a client purchase a home on a lot that backed to greenbelt and trees. This is an outstanding community that we highly recommend.Cjeck out the Oreo Cows in the pasture.
