We are going on year number 4 if I remember correctly and will be renewing our lease again soon. The schools are great. Our daughter has attended Clear Creek Intermediate and is a Junior now at Clear Creek High School. The lake is beautiful for my evening walks with the dog. My daughter feels completely comfortable going to the pool and hot tub alone even at night. Very safe place to live. Maintenance is professional and works with my schedule. Since I work from home that is a huge advantage to have them be so understanding. Last call took a few try’s but they did not give up and did a great job.I understand sometimes it’s not always a first try fix. After they were done working I was very happy with the way they cleaned up afterwards too! Office staff is also very professional and outstanding with communication. It’s great to see the same employees around since we first moved in that really shows commitment. When the last hurricane hit I seen office staff out helping and that was amazing! Keep up the good work everyone. You make a great team!

We have nothing but great things to say about the staff…top tier! Extremely helpful and excellent communicators! The apartment is beautiful. If there’s a negative it would definitely be smelling pot EVERYWHERE! We hoped it was a one off when we toured. However now living here it seems to be the norm 😷

My particular experience is great and I have good results in contacting mgmt, leasing, etc. The weed and cigarette smoke is nasty but sadly that is everywhere these days! My neightbors apt patio is an eyesore and needs some love so we are buying plants to hide theirs, all will be good!! I have lived in my apartment for 11 years and will stay here for a while longer. Love the location!

I really love these apartments! The staff is great and very kind, it was a big green flag to hear some of them actually live here too. Its clean, friendly, and safe. Maintenance is quick to repair things and very little bug problems. Some people complain about mold here, but thats up to you to clean since moving in there were zero issues. Its humid in Texas. There have been no break-ins weve seen living here for 6 mos. Staff sends out reminders about safety and also hosts cute community events! The paint on the buildings is beautiful and new too. The response was quick during the hurricane literally same day after the storm passed people were outside removing fallen trees. If I had to have a complaint, the only thing I could really think of is in the apartments theres over painting. AKA layers of paint on the doorways, baseboards, even saw paint in the toilet? Regardless, definitely a five star complex due to the amazing staff keeping everyone safe/happy :)

We downsized to the Argyle after my wife retired from a school district. This in itself was no simple, nor easy task. You would not imagine downsizing from a four bedroom two story to a typical two bedroom apartment being easy.Unless the apartment was half the size of the 2300 sq.ft. house... well almost half. ;^) What was smaller turn out to be space that was virtually unusable in the house. :)Argyle manager permitted me to measure areas in apartment to then use model apartment overhead drawings to best fit our furniture placement before we moved in...worked perfectly!We have been safe and secure in what turned out to be a very quiet community...an excellent choice!

Things are okay with the apartment, The maintenance and administrative teams are very good , my only concern is there is no onsite security and noise issues can be a problem, the administrative staff is very responsive but honestly over the last few years people living here seem to be more and more inconsiderate .

Thanks to all the staff at Pierce lake apt. hidden lake we had an excellent experience when shown living options everyone involved was super good to us including maintenance been here now months going on three and very happy! It has been easy for anyone with 2big storms and 100 degree weather but they handled it well so far being extremely helpful in this process of settling in thanks for doing 👍 a great job well done.

I love living here BUT I SHOULDNT HAVE TO CLEAN MY OWN BREEZEWAY.I DONT GET PAID FOR THAT. TO CLEAN UP MY OWN AREA. I SCRUB THE BREEZWAY WALLS BECAUSE THEY ARE DIRTY I SHOULD GET PAID FOR THAT . WHILE THEY MAKE MILLIONS OUR RENT IS SKY HIGH POOP EVERY WHERE I MEAN EVERY GREEN GRASS WE HAVE HERE HAS POOP.I LOVE MY PLACE BUT PAYING OVER 1700 IN RENT IS RIDICULOUS!! NO ONE PICKS UP THEIR PETS POOP I SHOWED PICTURES AND NOTHING IS DONE. PLEASE GET OUR WALLS IN OUR BREEZEWAY LETS SHOW OTHER PROPERTIES THAT OUR PLACE IS CLEAN. NOT DIRTY THE WAY IT LOOKS NOW. IM EMBARRASSED TO SHOW MY FRIENDS MY PLACE BECAUSE THE BREEZEWAY WAS SO FILTHY. IM NOT ANYMORE BECAUSE IT IS CLEAN BECAUSE OF ME. ALL YOU NEED IS DAWN DETERGENT AND SCRUB OF I CAN DO IT YOUR PEOPLE CAN TOO IM DISABLED BUT YET DO YOU MENS JOB HERE.. IM SORRY.IVE COMPLAINED MANY TIMES. AND NOTHING IS DONE PLEASE HELP ME HELP THIS PLACE LOOK GREAT AND FOR GREAT LIVING.

Im a resident of Xander , & I personally love this place . My apartment is beautiful with orange accent walls & a beautiful accent mirror built-in my dining room. The management staff is very nice and helpful. If I have any issues , I put in a work order and its handled within a day or two. I never have any issues with pest or rodents. The maintenance staff ade also nice and helpful. One guy even helped me after hours when I got locked out of my apartment. So I love this place and Ill recommend it to anyone 💜

I reside at Boat House apartments in Jacksonville,Fl since February 2016. I am overall excited to see the finish work that is going on in our community. I just recently heard Great news about a New Promotion going on in our Residential area... I received a phone call yesterday saying that I Won a FREE Month of Rent...I am so Happy due to that fact I just got out the hospital a few days before; I spoke with my Property Manager Tiffany, she explained that this drawing was from all S2 Residential Properties that consist over 5,000 units. I was one out of 6 chosen. I am so happy for this an many many other things. I am sending a BIG KUDOS to a job well done.. S2 Family keep up the Good Work!

I just wanted to thank Ms Gloria for all the help and information she gave me in leasing an apt at The Current At The Grid, I didn’t lease at the time because I was still looking at other places. I went in yesterday and found out she is no longer with the company. This made me very sad because of all the other places i visited, she asked me everything before recommending an apt. The other places i went to never even asked if i wanted a 1 or 2 bedroom, much less if i needed washer and dryer connections. I feel it is a big loss to your company by loosing Ms Gloria. She really made you feel like you were are home already. I will have to start my search all over😢
