We are very lucky to have Jay do our upstairs addition. It was a complicated job in a historic neighborhood with restrictions on building. It required a person with lots of knowledge and experience. We really had no idea what we were getting into, but Jay took care of everything, from the architect, to the permits, to the engineering, construction, and even matching the old bricks so that the addition looks like it was part of the original house. Jay is great to work with. He is always available for a phone call and explains everything he is doing. He has my highest recommendation!
