The owner Morgan is great! He explained to me that he performs each inspection as though he was purchasing the home. You can tell by how very thorough the report is. He also said to call anytime with any and all questions which I actually did like 4 times I believe. He answered each time and was able to satisfy every inquiry.He even was helpful about a couple things having nothing to do with his inspection or report.Morgan should teach others how to properly run a business especially the customer service.It was indeed exceptional!Thanks again MorganSteve & Teri G.

Morgan was a wonderful inspector from start to end. He was very polite and professional. He arrived early. He was very thorough and detail in his inspection. He answered any questions that I had. He walked me through the home and gave me great feedback for the builders and tips to extend the life of the home. I feel a 100 percent more prepared for our buyers walk through with the builders. I highly recommend Roof to Floor for all your inspection need.

So we’re buying our first home and had a great time learning from Morgan. He did a great job in explaining everything wrong with the home and his recommendations. I was able to follow him around and see just how much we missed when my wife and I looked at the house the first time around. Morgan’s report is VERY detailed with incredibly high resolution pictures. There was a lot more wrong with the house than we expected, but he walked us through and explained everything in detail. We definitely recommend using Morgan to inspect your home.

Morgan came out to do an inspection and it was the best experience I’ve had. He was very thorough and looked at every detail. He also gave great tips on how to fix things and ways to extend the life of the home in the future. He was very quick to get me the report just a few hours following the physical inspection. I had to get a single-family home inspection done on short notice, on a weekend no less. After calling up a dozen area home inspectors, Morgan was by far the best choice. Unlike any others, during the initial call, Morgan gave detailed information on his services, methods, training, and valuable tips that helped me understand the process. He was very polite and efficient in communicating. On top of that his rate was highly competitive and his availability matched our schedule perfectly. During the inspection I was invited to tag along the whole way, for several hours, asking many questions like a student would a master. The experience was invaluable and gives confidence in the transaction. The follow-up report arrived before we reached home, yet is more detailed than any Ive seen before, with clear photos and many dozens of pages. Definitely using Roof to Floor again for any future home inspections in the area.

Morgan was amazing and very professional. He was on time and very detailed. He showed me the trouble spots in my home and ways to test for issues also gave me recommendations for how to fix the issues in and around my home and potential safety issues that we weren’t aware of. He took his time to be sure he was through and was able to answer all my questions and inspected areas that I was concerned about as well. He is great with people pets and children. This was an a great experience. I would recommend him to anyone he is awesome and will be using his services in the future especially when I am looking to purchase a new home.

Amazing home inspection. Morgan came to do a home inspection for us. He was early, and he took his time to complete the inspection carefully. Morgan came out to do an inspection on a house we were planning on purchasing. He was able to identify the potential of black mold in the house. I let him know that the selling agent stated there was mold and that they were taking care of it. After confronting the selling agent, she confirmed that it was black mold but they were fixing the issue. Morgan was very informative in our decisions on how to properly fix the issue and he was able to show that it could have gotten in the HVAC system, even said that the filter was dated back in 2019. His information that he gave, helped my husband and I make the smart decision not to purchase the house. We will be using him on our next house we are looking at. Thank you Morgan for being very thorough!!

If you need an inspection in the Killeen area, choose Roof to Floor. Mr. Morgan was incredibly professional, prompt, and thorough. His inspection report for my 1500sqft home was 90 pages! He walked through the whole house with me and explained his findings and suggestions, and was available via phone to answer any follow-up questions I had. It is daunting to buy a home when living several hours away but Mr. Morgan gives me confidence that I could buy a home site unseen with the help of his inspection.

In search of a new home, I anticipated havning to have an inspection and did a general request from local inspectors. Roof to Floor was the first to respond and up front. I ended up calling later than planned but Morgan was still very open to working with me. Response time was great, no long waiting and very immediate. Those things matter when on the buying end of a home. Reports are detailed and provide great information/recommendations. Although circumstances did not allow me to be present, I was well informed through the entire process and couldnt be happier that I chose to use Roof to Floor.

Morgan is always on time and very fast at responding to me his package deals are absolutely amazing and I recommend him to everyone that I know. I have learned that other inspectors just go and do minor things and Collett a day Morgan actually takes his time with every client to help assist and explain things as he walks through. I can honestly say he will always be the guy I will call for an inspection. He has done two for me now and I have never been disappointed.
