    This is haves down the best 55+ active community around. The stunning grounds, friendly atmosphere, and state of the art facilities are quite impressive. The amenities, staff, and the ability to “try before you buy” is very appealing. We had the pleasure of taking a tour and dinning at their country club.

    Great place to live, play, eat and entertain. Golf, Pickleball, Texas Toss, Bocce all year round. Has a first-class restaurant and a bar & grill. Frequent concerts with cover bands plus weekly free entertainment in the grill.

    We were just at the Robson Ranch Farmers Market. Wonderful Market to stroll through in a beautiful setting. There were many vendors from absolutely gorgeous Fresh cut bouquets and potted Edible Flowers from Escalara Farms to fresh vegetables. There were chocolate truffles in many flavors, cookies and brownies from Touring Chocolate. Sourdough breads, Scones and treats from Demeters Kitchen. Along with pies and handmade pastas to homemade salsas and honey.If you are in the area this is a must. Stop by this Farmers Market. Fridays from 8 am to 11am.

    We visited many over 55 communities throughout the US. Hands down, Robson communities are the best. Well built homes, best amenities of any community, friendly people, beautiful landscaping, and very welcoming.

    Love their unique housing, almost too many houses to accommodate the clubhouse. But very clean and professionally landscaping. There is no close grocery store, though.

    Good place to live. Houses are expensive but you are paying for the country club life style. Lots of clubs and activities. HOA due are expensive, especially if there are more than 2 people in the household.

    We visited this place for the first time today because of their Friday-morning community market offered in the parking lot of the clubhouse. What a lovely little community! I was quite impressed with the landscaping. The developer (or someone) did a marvelous job with plantings, including a large number of vitex which were utterly gorgeous. Really lovely landscaping. Nice job!

    Beautiful well built homes. Excellent floor plans. Location is out a little however it’s quiet and peaceful out there away from the busy city, yet still only 10-20 mins away to all the shopping you could want. We would love living here, except Texas property taxes are way too high for retirement living at least for us.

    The perfect community place to liveafter retirement, with many activitiesduring the year.i worked there at the community center as a subcontractor.and let me tell you that, they work so hard maintaining everything in a perfect condition.they required the best materials.the best companies and of course,No shortcuts to save money like most places.

    Lovely community simply beautiful. 27 holes of golf well maintained. Good restaurant and bar. Very little shade on golf coarses. Bring a hat and mabey something too cool off with.

    We were wowed by Robson Ranch. The amenities are broad and facilities were well designed and maintained.The residents were very friendly and willing to share their likes and dislike about the community. The dislikes were negligible.There are great floorplans with lots of options.However, youll find Robson to be similar to other over 55 developers in providing very basic features that requires numerous upgrades costing in the tens of thousands in addition to the base cost plus lot premium charges.Weve visited several over 55 communities and plan to come back to Robson Ranch for a visit of 2-3 days to get better acquainted with the residents and have a opportunity to use the amenities. Robson Ranch is one of three communities that we have put on our short list and look forward to a decision in 9-10 months.UPDATE - decided against Robson due to property taxes running +/-2.4% of the value. So much for no state income tax. Currently living in Tennessee, which also has no state income tax, but paying 0.6% of value. Still a great development.

    Great quiet involved community. Enjoy visiting as my parents live here. Nice golf course and clubhouse has good food. Really pretty landscaping as well.

    Robson Ranch would get 6 stars if there was an option. Robson Ranch facility is top notch. This community has it all. Golf courses, a baseball field, awesome swimming pool, tennis courts & my favorite at the moment, top notch Pickleball courts. I played in the, 4.0 MID-SOUTH REGIONAL USAPA PICKLEBALL tournament, and it was an amazing tournament & and a great turnout. I cannot wait to play at Robson Ranch tournaments again. The tournament was well organized and ran very smoothly.

    My husband, who is from the DFW area, and I retired/moved to RR in 2014. Our only regret: not moving here 10 years ago! If you love socializing with other friendly, active people, participating in numerous sports like golf, tennis, pickleball, softball, volleyball and/or enjoying arts/crafts, choir or other clubs, you are going to love this place. If you dont think you would, you will get more house for the dollar living in another Metroplex city.

    We moved here in 2015 from Ohio. We love it!!! People are friendly, lots of things to do.It does not feel like a place for people over 55, we’re so glad we moved.!

    I like Robson Ranch but Im getting too old to spend that much money on such a small house. I think 300,000 for a two-bedroom two-bath house although its a great place its just too much money
