Great management company. As one of their clients, I appreciate their professionalism and timeliness with financial reports, paying bills, and attention to detail. They have turned around one of my worst performing assets that was being very poorly managed by the previous company. Big win for both our residents and investors. By far the best management company that has managed the apartment complex where I live. The property always looks nice, clean, and in order and their office staff is so friendly and helpful when dealing with our complaints.

Richmark needs to look in on thier Waterford Park Apt in Temple Tx.The office phone numbers both of them no one answers ever. If u need to say anything you have to drive over to the Riverwood Apts. They do no answer emails.
