Im so in love with this neighborhood. I could not ask to live in a better community. There is so much natural beauty, trails, dog park, pool, parks, volleyball court, bacci ball court, 5 catch and release ponds, and a school being built soon. The neighbors are amazing and friendly and the HOA hosts fun social events monthly. Bonus you get access to the free on site fitness facility 24/7. I love living here -

Excellent community that could be considered right on the edge of the Texas Hill Country. Its close enough that there are some rolling hills and lots of Live Oaks, but still close enough to Georgetown and Cedar Park to only be about 10 minutes from plenty of shopping. The community center has an exercise room and a great pool, and there are plenty of walking trails and open spaces throughout the community. -

This is a great new neighborhood with new homes. There are 5 ponds. Fishing, catch and release is allowed. Community pool, clubhouse. Hike and bike trails. Good views too. -

Very nice and new community. All new buildings with lots of trees, parks, ponds, trails. It has an elementary school within the community. Nice community area amenities. -
