The rental property we had required so much work because it was an older home. We spent years and spent money keeping the house maintained but decided that it was something we could not invest our time or money into anymore.I started doing my research online for a home investor because I already know they moved at a much faster rate and I did not want to put the house up for sale and deal with the stress of selling the house. I found Progressive Real Estate Solutions online and Cory came out that same week to survey the house. I was just hoping to get the house sold for at a decent price range I had in mind because I knew it was going to take money for anyone who bought it to fix it up.Progressive Real Estate Solutions offered me a price that was in the price range we wanted (they never knew our price range) and I was so happy to accept his offer, a huge burden was taken off my shoulders!The closing process was very easy and simple.
