    This poster is an eminently satisfied resident of Presidium Waterford in Austin. So much thought and care has been devoted to this community. Ive worked at Apple, Tesla and a Google contractor. I can say with authority what quality looks like. If Presidium Waterford is any kind of an example, Presidium deserves a place on the same level as the industry juggernauts listed above. Its not enough that the community is staggeringly beautiful from an architectural standpoint, the staff more than keeps up. Their spot-on responsiveness for any resident query or concern makes Presidium Waterford the prime choice for the urban mover and shaker. Just ask any resident.

    Ive been living at the Pearl in College Station, TX since November and it has been a great experience this entire time. The staff is so nice and they are there whenever you need them. Alexis helped us with our move in process and she was so nice! Austin has been our go to since we moved in and he is so helpful with everything! They make living here great.

    I lived here at Villas at Tensión Park since June of 2019 and recently moved to a home. I have nothing but good things to say. The staff is great. They are the reason I decided to move here. Very professional. No problems. Very polite. All work orders always completed quickly without any issues. Ask for Scarlett or Eric. They are the best.

    I love this place, this is the first time I call an apartment my home. The manager Janet she make me feel at home also she listens to you and helps as much as she can , specially when it was harder for me to pay my rent , she went beyond and I truly appreciate her so much. Maintenance is good as well he responds fast if I need anything to be done in my apartment.

    Solaris is now a wonderful place to live at. When I first moved in, it was not. They really turned themselves around and living here now feels safe, comfortable and like home. I can’t say how much I appreciate the staff, especially Christian. I have to brag about her because she has been there from the start and if I ever need anything fixed I will contact her and like magic, my problem disappears. It’s honestly a wonderful community and I recommend it 100%.

    I am on my 3rd year here at Solaris Apartments in Austin. I do not have any complaints at all-for the 3rd year in a row. I would like to make one suggestion however. Unfortunately, the dog owners at this property do not seem to have any common courtesy with regard to cleaning up their dog messes. It is so bad, that I can no longer even navigate through all the messes on the grass when going to the store. I suggest a notice be sent to all dog owners, along with periodic reminders, and possible signs. With that said, I would like to take a moment to comment on the excellent service provided by the Office Staff here. Without exception, I have nothing but great things to say about the attitudes, helpfulness and professionalism of the staff here. And among all these very professional staff members, I would like to give special mention to Christian. She is just over the top in all the areas-best of the best! Great staff here, plan to renew again for year 4 in May. Dave Allen

    The Link apartments which is owned by Presidium is such a great apartment. The staff is nice and friendly. They do a lot to help the community. My agent was Mrs. Tante and I could not be happier with the customer service I received from her! Keep up the good work!

    I started renting almost a year ago. The staff was recently very helpful with a personal problem I had. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and followed up daily until I was in a better situation. I cant say enough good things about all of them. Thank you so much Solaris!     This is my 3rd move in 3 years. I have been impressed from day one. I always get an answer or a call back with any questions or concerns. I like that I am taken seriously and the staff is always professional. Head and shoulders above other apartments I have rented at. I will be at Solaris for a while.

    We have lived here at the Pearl apt. In College Station, Tx. for one year now and just signed a new lease. We have loved living here it’s truly been a great home for us.     Being a resident at the Link has been such a life changing experience! The Link has become more than a place that I live, but a safe haven for me. Before living at the Link I did not know any of my neighbors or was connected to my community. But once I came to the Link, I became more than just a resident, I became apart of a family. The many events have lifted my spirits and given me a renewed sense of giving back and building relationships with my neighbors. It has allowed me to pay if forward to those that I work with, socialize with, and in my faith community. The fitness center has allowed me the time to de-stress and reach my goals of personal weight loss encouraging other resident to come along with me in my journey! The staff has been nothing short of Amazing and very intentional giving 5-star customer service! I recently got into a car wreck loosing my car and suffered from a lot of pain! The staff asked how I was and offered me complimentary snacks and listen to me and ensured me that I would be okay after the aftermath. This meant a lot to me not having family close by. The Link became the missing link in this moment of time becoming the instant friendship, counselor, and family that I needed. The Link apartments is and exemplary property for the Presidium Group, and I truly believe they model the values of the Presidium Group and thrive on Excellence. Thank you so much for giving me a place that has become my refuge! Thank you for becoming the Link that has brought the different pieces of my life together!

    After some looking around, Elizabeth made it an easy process to decide on an apartment. She was very helpful with each and every question or concerns we had. As well as, being patient with us during this time. We appreciate it.

    I moved in May 1st. Property management at the pearl in college station is doing a great job. Jesse has been one of the most dependable whether its maintenance or any customer service. I want to say thank and cant forget about Antoinette and Alexis you rock!

    Presidium has a property called Cottonwood at Park Central. The Staff are awesome including our Maintenance Man and lets not forget about our Patrol Officer Mr. Robert. I feel safe with him patrolling our property. The pool is fantastic and I cant complain about anything. Great place to live been here since 2017!

    I have been a resident of The Villas at Tenison Park since September 2009 and my overall experiences as a tenant have been positive. Any problems that I have faced as an occupant have, for the most part, been dealt with quickly and efficiently.     Gerardo at Villas @ Tension Park with maintenance is the best! Super friendly and always gets my requests taken care of on time and always has a friendly smile and so nice when he comes over. Makes me and and my young son feel safe and taken care of! Thank you!
