    When I first entered their office to inquire about a place to live, I was greeted with patients understanding and willingness to help. My experience with Pradera Oaks so far has been one of the best when it comes to leasing. The community is quiet, it’s brand new, they are big and spacious and more importantly after a chaotic day, you can come home to a quiet environment. I highly recommend you looking into Pradera Oaks as a place to live, especially if you are on a budget. The quality of the homes and the quality of the service I received by far exceeded anything I expected. -Lisa

    Great staff in the leasing office! They are always happy and willing to help you with anything that you need in a timely manner. Homes are spacious, comfortable, well kept, and situated in a quiet and nice neighborhood! Well recommended!     Long waited review. Above and beyond from day one. From having to find a home quick and fast Michael got us into our home. Fast forward months later while I was out of state for work, my wife was locked out of the house. Michael once again responded fast and took care of my wife and daughter.

    Pradera Oaks is a beautiful property with so much to offer. I can not wait to move here with my family. But beyond that, I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention how helpful Ms. Kim was to me and my family through out our whole leasing process. Anytime I had question or concern she was there to throughly explain everything. She’s made this whole process as easy as possible. I’m so thankful I’ve had the luxury of having Ms. Kim’s help during this whole process. It has been a 10/10 experience!

    Hector is amazing. He was able to show us multiple floor plans with working just alone by hisself, and succeeded in his multitasking skills. The homes were also perfect and I cannot wait until my family and I move here:).

    My husband and I just toured this amazing neighborhood with Hector. We are BEYOND impressed. The leasing office was clean, with refreshments and top tier customer service. Hector walked us through all of the floor plan options and asked us about our needs. His attention to detail and knowledge of the property was extremely impeccable!The homes are beyond perfect with every inch of space detail oriented. I can’t wait to lease in November. You absolutely don’t want to miss out on these homes.

    I love the new builds that we are in, my family was the first in this particular unit. Only downside is that it’s about 20 mins from everything. If it was a little closer. It’ll be a 5 star

    Google doesn’t do 1/2 stars or else my review would be 3.5 stars instead of 4. I have been living here for 9 of 15 months and everything has been good except the one issue thats causing my rating to go down which is SPIDERS. I haven’t gone at least 2 days since moving here without having to kill one and I absolutely hate it so much. I’m thinking maybe summer is making it even worse? They are everywhere. I find spiderwebs in crevices around the house or branching from my things. My front door has tons of webs and spiders where it’s a hassle when I have a visitor or have to grab a package. I bombed my garage but they are still present. According to the provided pest control they do not spray the inside of the house nor the garage and they only put sand around the windows??? Basically useless. It’s so overwhelming having to constantly kill spiders and they blend in with the floorboards and carpets so I feel as though I’m constantly scanning for them especially because they vary in sizes and of course crawl wherever they want (walls, sinks, bathtub, my couch, yuck!) I’m not sure if others have this issue. There’s a lot of surrounding land and construction. I have emailed twice regarding the possibility of ending my lease earlier because of this and because I would like to relocate closer for work but I have not received a response yet.Everything else is great. It’s a very peaceful neighborhood that’s expanding. There’s continuous construction but it does not obstruct anything. There’s so much space and the backyards are massive. I’m single and have no pet so it’s a lot of space for just me. It’s very quiet and right next to 288. The walking trail is a nice distance. Water & lights used to be billed with rent but they stopped it 3 months into my lease. Xfinity cable is included in rent pricing as well as trash which runs twice a week. Yard care is also twice a week and they are very diligent at the upkeep of the landscaping. The closest restaurants & grocery stores are a minimum of 15 minutes away. Its a really great place especially for the price but I definitely think maybe full on pest control before someone begins their lease.

    I recently had the opportunity to take an after-hours drive through your community to get a glimpse of what life would be like living there, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. As I drove around, I came across a lake with people walking around enjoying life. I was able to meet a man as he was walking his dog, and I began the conversation with this man asking him if he live on this community.From the moment I approached him with questions about the community, he greeted me with a warm and friendly demeanor. He patiently listened to my inquiries and took the time to thoroughly explain the features and benefits of the community. His knowledge about the community was extensive, and he effortlessly highlighted its unique selling points that I had to come out and ask him if he worked for the community. He answered me with the biggest smile stating that he was the maintenance man for this community, his name is Martin.What truly set him apart was his willingness to go the extra mile. He gave me a comprehensive tour of the property without ever stepping foot into one of the units. He ensured that I had a clear understanding of the propertys maintenance policies and any additional services available.Throughout our conversation, he demonstrated genuine enthusiasm for the community, which further instilled confidence in my decision. He answered all my questions with patience and provided valuable insights that helped me visualize myself living in the community.His exceptional communication skills made a significant impact on my overall experience. He was able to convey information in a clear and concise manner, making it easy for me to grasp the benefits of choosing this community. His professional yet friendly approach made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free.I highly recommend this maintenance man for his outstanding commitment to customer service and his ability to effectively sell the property.     “Community looks amazing and rent is very affordable. The staff was great as well. They were all super helpful. I got to work with Emajin and Hector when I came in and Mr. Wilson took me on a tour and to see some vacant homes.     Im on the market to purchase a new home. I saw these and thought what a great starter home. Only to find out its a build to rent community. Never heard of the concepts but was highly impressed. This is definitely the move for real estate. The lay out of the floor plan, quality build materials, private yard and all the nice amenities they will have sound amazing. I will so let my friends who are looking for a option like this know about this place. The manager Terrence and the leasing agent Hector were beyond helpful. 💯

    Pradera Oaks is such a charming community. Looks like it’s right off a movie set with these homes that are so cute. Nice layouts and I love my closet. High quality finishes and love colors of the homes. I’m ready to own something but this is my next best option now with rising prices and increasing interest rates. Then the staff is phenomenal with their customer services, especially Terrence.... and going the extra mile. Thank you for making this home for my Family and I.

The homes are built for families and the community is up and coming. To begin here would be great for any single to big family and pet friendly with upcoming Dog Park, Splash Pad for the kids and much more. I loved visiting and cant wait to see the community grow.

    Up and coming neighborhood. Still under construction. Not a lot of variety as most of the houses look very similar and have virtually no yard. Lots of wildlife now without homes so these could be buil, but at theyre nice.
