Pecan Square is not just a neighborhood because of the Square in the middle. And its more than a neighborhood that is professionally staffed (paid as part of the normal HOA dues), but rather Pecan Square is a community with a gathering Square that offers covered pickleball, basketball, kids astroturf play areas, and an FOB-activated fire pit, gas grills, and a brick pizza oven. Not to mention the constant diverse food trucks brought in several times per week or the special events for the family with bounce houses, face painting, pony rides, and tons of events each summer for the kids.So while the amenities are great, itβs the staff that makes this community a place where we can all say βmeet me at the Square!βThe website has a great overview, but come and experience what is residents have know since it all began just a few years ago in 2019: Pecan Square is what every neighborhood should aspire to be...a true community! -

This new community is fantastic. Beyond smart technology in each home. HOA fees include internet. Common area are top notch. Great place to live. I would recommend this community to my clients. -

Perfect place to get your next home! Active management gets food truck, ice cream trucks, activities are all round the calendar. Enthusiastic management is sign of a great community. Would surely recommend to make your new dream home here. Overall a great experience. -

My husband and I love our brand new home in Pecan Square. Great neighbors and amenities(still waiting on a few to be finished and open for use, which is fine!). The HOA is so awesome and the fee is reasonable. I want to live here with my family a LONG time. Definitely looking forward to seeing our main Blvd completely lined with homes and for the fully grown trees shading the way into the neighborhood! :-D -

You will receive weekly emails detailing monthly events hosted in the Pecan Square neighborhood.Your smart home comes with Echo Show and is installed by a professional upon moving in to your new home. This helps remind you of weekly events, online shopping, to-do lists, catch up on the news and so much more. -
