This review is for Travis Stanforth and Audilio Blanco with the Ashton Woods project management team -- they have been absolutely incredible both during the building process and even now post-close. They both go above and beyond, provide excellent experiences for the homeowner, and are quick to resolve warranty requests. I am so glad we have them as our team and highly recommend them to anyone building an Ashton Woods home.

From a sales perspective, Amy was great! She remembered to follow up about lots and plans that interested us, so I know she was listening at our meetings. Ashton wood homes seem to be priced much better than other new builds and the interior is very nice/ design packages are well done and make building much easier. I also respect the earnest money policy for inventory and new builds. We decided to move in another direction in Cedar Park but wanted to say I was pleased with the sales team! I do wish the developers had required 3 sides brick for this neighborhood as I think it elevates the community but that’s my only Con for Patterson ranch. 😊
