Love my new Metitage home !!! Process was smooth.Bryan with Sales and Brian ,construction oversight -did a fantastic job with communication, addressing my concerns and being supportive in everyway. Very pleased with home and community!

We toured 6-7 new construction communities before choosing Meritage. There are two main reasons we decided to make Palmilla Springs our new home:1. Homes were by far the best quality and value for our budget.2. The team at Palmilla Springs has been exceptional. Bryan Farmer was so helpful, honest, and responsive, which gave us the confidence needed when buying our first home. From the time we signed the contract, David Deeds, the construction coordinator, took over and made sure our house was move-in ready by taking care of every detail. He is another transparent and honest team member we enjoy working with.After 2 weeks in the new house, we absolutely love it and are sure we made the best decision.

Just closed and moved into my meritage home. Such a wonderful experience, especially as a first time buyer. Bryan Farmer in the sales office and David Deeds the construction manager were exceptional. I had looked at numerous builders and communities in various places in Fort Worth. Meritage by far had the best quality and pricing. And on top of that some of the best sales/construction personal I’ve had the pleasure to work with. Definitely check them out!

Brian was very helpful explaining the floorplans, and lots that were available. He sent me details of each house I was interested in. He was available to answer any question I had.
