I was selling a duplex in Austin and went under contract with Andrew to be my buyer. Unfortunately, my tenants got mad that I was selling the property so they stopped paying rent and refused to allow access for inspections. This lead to a very expensive, difficult, and lengthy eviction case. Andrew and I eventually canceled our sales contract since it was going to take a few months to get the tenants out. Andrew and I continued to remain in contact throughout the eviction, and I eventually went under contract with different buyers. Even though Andrew didnt end up as the final buyer for my property, he still offered to help me out after the eviction. After the tenants vacated, Andrew volunteered to come by and help me rekey the property and remove any trash they left behind. Thankfully, they didnt leave a lot of trash, but Andrew did come by a few days after they moved out and rekeyed all the doors for me and refused to let me pay him for his service. My interactions with Andrew have all been wonderful positive experiences. There are a lot of shady, greedy, manipulative liars in the real estate wholesaling world, but Andrew is definitely not one of the bad guys. He is honest, keeps his word, and is very thoughtful and generous. Andrew is a Christian and handles his real estate business a way that would make God proud. I appreciate all the help Andrew has offered me, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to sell their home. Although Andrew didnt end up being the buyer for my property, he did become my friend and Im thankful to have met him during my property sale.

Andrew is a very patient guy. He listens to your concerns and guides you through the whole selling process. He bought my house as is at a very fair price within 12 days. Super easy. Thank you Andrew.
