I am truly glad that my clients picked this house (Ashton Woods) in this community of Oakwood Estates. This is such a lovely community in this up and coming side of Waller, TX. This was also my clients first home as they were preparing for their big day together - and we couldnt be happier!!! This is definitely not a starter home - with design, quality and functionality of space. The best thing though is the friendly and professional service of their Sales Manager, Sandia Murti. Working with her was absolutely great. She and I had wonderful communication and she went out of her way to make sure that my clients got to their financing goals and that they enjoyed their first home buying experience. I would love to do more transactions with Sandia in the future. Thank you, Sandia!

When I walked in to inquire about an inventory home, Sandia was very personable, professional and was very helpful. I went ahead and completed the paper work to purchase an inventory home, and throughout the entire process, with the help of Sandia the entire process was seamless. The construction manager Oscar was also extremely helpful, was very professional and was very courteous. I am thankful that Sandia and Oscar are assigned to that community. Anyone looking to move into an Ashton Woods Community, please visit Sandia in the Oakwood Estates Community, you will have no regrets. You will eventually meet and work with Oscar.

Great Experience! From day one till the day we got our new home. There were three people who made the whole process seamless. I call them the A-team!!!!1. Sandia, she was great from day one. This will be my first home purchase and I honestly dreaded this due to hearing horror stories and the long, stressful process of getting everything in order to make it happen, but thankfully I had the best person to help me through this process, Sandia Murti is her name! She was seriously the best from narrowing down the plan for me, securing the lot I wanted, helping me select the collection and exterior. She really went above and beyond for me to make things happen and not give up on what I wanted. Shes also seriously one of the the sweetest person I have ever met! I couldnt have asked for a better person to walk alongside with me during this process. Ashton Woods is so lovely!! I cant wait for my home to start building and see the finish product! I will update my review once my home is finished!!!

I had a few things happen that was beyond my control, which caused me to reach out to AW. Issac from AW reached out to me and kept in contact throughout the repair work and process. It was simply amazing for someone to keep me updated on everything without me having to constantly contact a representative. I wish more people were more like Isaac.
