Northlake Estates - Taylor Morrison have good homes with big lots for a good price. After looking at various neighborhoods, builders in Dallas for over a year - we finalized it here because of the big lots and the good prices and an amazing sales rep Jai. Jai understood all our requirements and guided us throughout the process, from helping us choose the right home to also guiding us with many other questions (even the silliest ones) we needed after - it was a very smooth process. With our home search for more than a year we came across many sales reps. But nobody understood us and showed us a beautiful home matching all our requirements like how Jai did. We are very happy andexcited to be moving here.

Having looked at multiple other builders, Taylor Morrison had good features that we liked including the tall roofs, the building plan, and the general look and feel of the house.Working with Jai was a pleasure. He is very knowledgeable about the community and helped us choose the right plan, according to Vasthu. Jai is very responsive to emails and texts although he is fully packed with visits. He helped us have a smooth contract and closing process.Brad, our construction manager was very knowledgeable and made sure we understood all the aspects of the house. He took time to explain all the details of the house like the Sprinkler system, AC maintenance and other things . Brad solved all the small problems we identified before closing our house.

My wife and I purchased a home in Northlake Estates and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Jai Bhutani who helped us throughout the process. We narrowed down to Taylor Morrison after 5 days of searching in the North Dallas area and with numerous builders and communities. In the end, it all came down to the quality and type of home, but also the human side of doing business. Unlike any of the other builders we spoke to, Jai was incredibly patient with us. We visited the location numerous times, saw homes built by Taylor Morrison in this community and others and Jai only cared about our experience and finding the right home, not necessarily with him. This was the main differentiator compared to others where I felt pressure to buy as quickly as possible. Jai explained each and every step carefully and slowly to ensure everything was transparent. He followed up with us during the process and after when we made the decision. He surprised us with champagne when we visited the site to celebrate the purchase. He asked for feedback and the results after the design center visit. Numerous friends have purchased new construction builds but I haven’t heard feedback that matched the experience Jai had for us. This is our forever home and I can’t recommend him enough. If you are in between builders and homes, remember that this can be a stressful experience and picking the right builder is every bit as important as the house itself.
