I have leased our office space for over 4 years now. I love the space, neighboring companies, and the leasing office staff. Maintenance takes care of everything immediately and Jewels in the office is such a delight. Thanks North Forest for helping in our companies success all these years.

I moved my business to North Forest Office Space in December and cannot believe the level of customer service I have received from Marshall Cook. His communication and level of commitment to ensuring that I, the renter, is happy is 110% . The space is kept clean and stocked. I love the designated parking and the clean well kept entrance. Coming from a location where parking was horrible and the shared entrance wasnt well kept makes this place a gem!! I love the location and cannot wait for Wyndham to be built up. If you are looking for office space, look no further! Reasonable rates, excellent communication, clean and well kept, and best of all, nice and quiet! Love love love!

With all the growth in Frisco, I had my pick of places for my medical office. Location, finish out, and price were all great but what put North Forest over the top was Marshall. He spent TIME with me going over options and my business goals. He celebrated with me every step of the completion process and with the little snags that happen in construction he truly went above and beyond to make me feel like he was in my corner and he made it right. Customer service--truly valuing your customer--is a dying art but North Forest gets it right. The common areas are immaculate. He is on site and insures that our lot is used appropriately and parking slips are available to my patients. He has even run over to help me carry out heavy boxes to the trash and installed a custom perch for my lab collection box. Thank you, Marshall!

Reviews are essential in the business world. So this review is a few days shy of original intentions to post after being witness to such a professional group of people. But when a company expresses the professionalism that this one has, it must be recognized. I have been in in construction for almost 5 years and I recently moved out of my commercial high rise in South Texas. So not only have I completed commercial construction work, I have been a lease holder for commercial property. During this period I have yet to meet a group of more professional gentlemen. Prime example was when I inquired about potential subcontracting opportunities for this firm before giving me a line of crappy uneducated answers on insurance protocol, Mason, who is part of the Frisco,Texas team, went above and beyond to find the answer so I could be in compliance with company contract. Then, Marshall kindly took the time to not allow us to fail by being super attention and detail in the scope of work that they were requiring by answering any unanswered questions upon approval of this potential opportunity. It is very rare to meet a group of 2 men that are as professional as your group of guys running this crew. Thank you for allowing us to be part of the team one, and for hiring quality people to represent what you stand for in business.
