    This was a great experience. Low pressure sales that just wanted to provide the data, details and what to expect. The property I saw was exactly what I was looking for and the price was great.I dont think you can go wrong with taking a look at what they are offering. It could be exactly what youre looking for or it may miss the mark but most of their developments are well placed with fair pricing.I recommend them and ask for Steve if you want great service from someone that works with you.

    We had a great experience with Patrick Lewis and National Land Partners for our first purchase of acreage. Patrick was set on finding out what kind of property we wanted, and not pushy about certain lots or closing a sale right away. He spent time with me and drove around the possible lots, taking time to explain not just what the property looked like and might look like after further clearing, but also where road access would be that might differ from other lots. After making a deposit on a lot, I had some questions and Patrick was always very quick to reply with an answer. He also sent several pictures from his phone as well as drone pictures to help me understand what Id seen with him several days previous. He was very easy to work with and professional, before, during and after the sale. After the initial deposit visit, I took our family to the site. Patrick was with an appointment when we arrived unannounced, but Patrick made sure we also got connected with Vince, who also made a great impression. He helped us with some additional answers to questions as well as gave us commitment after the sale. Im impressed with NLP and will recommend to friends.

    Ryan Fitzhugh was so very patient and went the extra mile to make sure we found the best land for our needs. We even flip flopped. We contracted 5 acres and after a few months of waiting for the roads we wanted to do 10 acres. He found us the best lots. We contracted for 10 acres. While waiting for roads we got cold feet (which I now regret) and wanted to drop one lot. He was obviously disappointed but handled it with extreme empathy and made sure we made a deal that was right for us. I have recommended Ryan to my friends. You have to be quick!We were finally able to locate and secure property with NLP through Mr. Gutierrez. Additionally, we were back-and-forth on two separate properties and thankfully, he, nor any other representative, did not become frustrated at all- He patiently walked us through the process.NLP made the process seem simple, easy, and quick.     My impression was that the overall planning in the build of the Bonita Oaks Ranch was very well thought out. Presentation wise, lot boundaries were clearly articulated by professional trimming services so prospective buyers could have a visual of where property boundaries were.
