If you’re planning on moving and need help in finding a new construction home… Look no further than the hard-working people at New Homes Mate! Our realtor, Tarsha Jackson is the best! Her dedication to helping us find exactly what we were looking for and her desire to consistently exceed our expectations was incredible! Even after we found the home we decided on Tarsha didn’t stop there. She helped us throughout the entire design center process and consistently kept us in the loop regarding any and all communication between us and the builder. When we contacted New Homes Mate, we asked for a realtor who could help us and what we ended up getting, was a new friend! I would highly recommend Tarsha and her team to anyone who was planning on making a move into a new construction home in Texas! -

I worked with Autumn who was the best realtor agent Ive ever had the experience of working with. She spent time getting to know my family and me and paid attention to what we wanted and not wanted until she quickly figured out what my wife wanted (who is very picky). It didnt feel like we were working with someone who was only in it for the business (although Autumn is very professional), but a family member or friend. When we were with Autumn, she gave us her full attention. If buying a house in the Austin, Texas area, I would recommend no other realtor as much as her. She knows Austin, she will work hard for you and she is trustworthy. -

Myrtha Koelling made our journey easy.She was never busy to answer any question or call any time of the day.My partner and I had worked with another realtor before and decided not to buy a house because we felt presured into buying a house we both did not like so when I got a flyer in my mail I tried again to my lucky I spoke to Myrtha from the first day we met her she was helpful werent sure at the time after another realtor had left a bad taste in our mouth.She took us to different builders we saw what wantsd we went home and decided on our own which one we wanted.Here is why I will recommend her to anyone1)She is not pushy.2)She is never busy to answer any questions or calls any time of the day even after hours .3)She will explain all documents to you before signing them4)She referred good lenders to us we were not getting a good deal from our builder which almost made us loose hope.5)She will follow up on your behalf.Make sure the builder is doing everything correctly.6)If I did not get help from her realize I would have made lots of mistakes.I would recommend Myrtha Koelling to anyone.I am glad she made our journey easy and we enjoyed working with her.Even after closing she will follow up to make sure all paperwork that needs to be done after closing is done correctly.Thank you Myrtha -
