On a random weekend, my wife and I decided to go to Forney to check out the area due to us looking to sell our home and relocate to Forney. She found Jaran (Mr Forney) around noon and by 12:30 he met up with us to look at a bunch of different homes. During the process of selling our home, he made sure to check up on how we’re doing with our other realtor, the whole 9 yards. This past Saturday we went out again with Jaran to look at a bunch of different types of homes. I mean a bunch, just to see which ones we got the warm and homey feeling with and we did! Jaran has been a blessing during this process, really helpful, really knowledgeable, patient with us during this entire process. Could not have had a better experience with Jaran Ramsey! Thanks to him, I went from renter to first time homeowner in under two months. Jaran was there to help every step of the way throughout the homebuying process, always answering my questions, being accessible via phone call, text, email, and he even offered to schedule a video call showing since I was purchasing from out of state!While working with Jaran, it always felt like he had my best interest at heart. That’s something I really appreciated since other realtors refrain from negotiating to try to keep their commissions high. That was not the case with Jaran. He negotiated a $10,000 price decrease on my home and even got the sellers to cover some of the closing costs.
