We are very happy with our new home in MorningStar which was built by Meritage Homes. We worked with Nichole for the purchase. Nichole is fantastic and pays strict attention to detail. We have also worked with Ryan, a construction manager who was kind enough to show us several things after closing as we were in another state when we closed. Meritage is first rate!

I walked into Meritage homes office for consultation into new home purchase, little did I know I was walking to meet a sales representative that is out of this world. Nicole Livingston, Nicole was an absolute pleasure to work with even more than absolute pleasure. Her professionalism, expertise and dedication to making sure my home purchase was seamless is invaluable. From consultation to closing is top notch. She exceeded my expectations. I am writing this review as a Realtor -I have done multiple transactions with not only Meritage but Nichole specifically. I cannot express how amazing she is - she is thorough, solution based, knows her product inside and out, will go the extra mile, kind and has a get it done/figure it out mindset. If I could send every client to her I would!Now, as far as Meritage as a builder - I think they offer a fantastic product and are consistent across the board. Each project manager I have dealt with has been great, makes sure my pickiest of clients are taken care of and FOLLOWS THROUGH! Construction is not an exact science and it is handmade; people tend to forget that. There will be hiccups, one offs and mistakes to be corrected. And yet, I have yet to come to a situation where an issue that has come about was not dealt with. They are professional, well trained, take their time explaining things to clients and take pride in their work.
