Beautiful new area off of Hwy 46 not far from New Braunfels. Homes are mixed. There appear to be garden size lots and traditional size lots with both alley entrances and traditional drive ways.

So far so good. We purchased a house in this community and are looking forward to being apart of everything they have to offer!07/26/22 Update: our house is still being built and we are excited to see all of the new homes being built. We are looking at an October move in date and so ready to leave California!!! California was good to us growing up but now it’s been taken over by taxes, taxes and more taxes. So I’m moving my Tax Business out of California and moving it to a state that loves its people who love it back.

Some houses have good spacing some right on top of one another. Juell homes my favorite. One in particular really nice but back of house looking at side of another with 5 cars at it, most trashy. Ive learned your neighbors can ruin your experience

Wow what an absolutely gorgeous development area. when you first enter youll see this tree on the left hand side thats and it actually looks like the tree of Life!! its beautiful!

Subdivision in the country with a beautiful park. Nice neighborhood with friendly people for the most. Went to the neighborhood garage sale and everyone was friendly.
