    This is an amazing community to consider for all different price points and builders. Some exceptional builders here continuing to develop sections of homes to meet so many buyer needs. And the amenities are hard to beat on the south end of Houston.

    The Meridiana community is lovely. They have a combination of townhomes, one level single family homes, and traditional single family homes. Several amenities, including a cafe. An elementary, middle, and high school. Kid friendly. Pet friendly. Weekly functions. Very nice community.

    I love the community. It has wonderful spa-like amenities, with a kid friendly pool/fun area. I love the fact they maintain greenery areas with a lot of flowers. Plus they have a lot of activities for friends and families to enjoy without having to leave the community.

    Moved here in 2020. Fantastic & safe community with good amenities. Very scenic, quiet, and accessible HOA staff. Taxes are on higher end but worth it for millennials. Btw impeccable landscaping is a bonus.

    I was lured by the advertisement of the musically themed Christmas lights. It was interesting and enjoyable, a quick tour while I was already out on a Friday night. Very short though. However, without it I would have never ventured out to Meridiana. It was at night, so I can only review the Christmas lights. I stopped at where the Christmas tree was, near to where the hot chocolate was. It was near 9p so they were closing. There seems to be a restaurant on the compound that serves alcoholic beverages. That, can be useful for residents. The development looks promising. The staff members who were closing up didnt seem to be the most friendly, maybe it was end of day. I may revisit during the day.

    Love it all here..well except the trash and water bottles left behind in the basketball courts. Needs speed bumps on both Iowa Colony Blvd and Meridiana parkway. Tennis courts are beautiful but could use another few courts in another location. Would like to see an adults only pool/jacuzzi to enjoy amenities in piece and quiet. But living here is fantastic! Its our 2nd home just needs more separation from outsiders. Too many people using amenities who dont even live here that we pay for in HOA fees. Shouldnt have to share the gym with personal trainers who are let in without ID using said space to run their business. Having to wait to use gym equipment because a non resident is using it doesnt make sense. Also the lifeguards are always eating french fries and leave the ketchup packets and takeout bags for others to clean up. Living here is great- we made the right decision choosing this community.

    We went to the Christmas festival and had a great time. Lots of vendors with goodies and free hot cocoa. Granddaughter took pictures with 🎅 Santa and Mrs Claus. Had a great time. 😁
