Marcus Texada and the Brawn Sterling Real Estate company was nothing short of GREAT when it came to everything regarding purchasing a new home. Found me exactly what I wanted in a neighborhood that I love. I purchased my first home with Marcus after going through two other realtors. I stuck with him because he truly understood the anxiety that comes with buying a home, especially for a first-time buyer like me in the current mortgage climate. Marcus was like a guiding hand throughout the process, bringing a sense of calm to the chaos I often brought into it (Lol). He patiently addressed all my questions, even those that extended beyond the typical realtors scope. When suggesting homes, he always kept my needs and desires in mind. Having Marcus as my realtor was a source of immense relief. Working with someone knowledgeable and genuine, without unnecessary pressure, made the entire experience much smoother.
