Matt was very helpful.He arranged a private showing of the property for me and friend of mine , from Houston.I fell in love with lot 42 .I called my wife, who was at Hilltop Lakes, and ask her to drive to the office in Centervill.We signed the contract and he helped us to secure financing.The finance company was very helpful.Once the deal was consummated, Matt took my wife and me to Leona Stake House for a wonderful dinner and conservation, with his wife.By the way, I met Matt and his wife at Hilltop Lakes.They came to look at a house that we had for lease.This hole experience has been very pleasing.THANK YOU Matt

He truly cares about what you need and he went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information required to make the right decision when I purchased my land. I did get to meet some of the other team members and they were also as friendly, upbeat and professional as John. He comes highly recommended and any one would be lucky to have him as their Land Consultant.

He listened carefully to what I wanted, my future home plans and price point. He showed me 3 lots that met all my requirements and I was able to choose my future home that day!! I met David Bryant first by email, then by phone and finally at Spanglers in Hamilton City, we connected right away, he made me, the buyer, very comfortable, he then proceed to showed me the maps of Twisted Creek and the geographic data, important information, then I jumped in his Jeep and going to the ranch, I should have had two whisky shots before that trip, that would have kept me calmed and relaxed. We walked the properties available and I made a deal to buy a piece of land. David was a great influence to buy the property, he promised to keep the jeep speed under 80 mph in our way back, I would say it was a life investment. I will bring him a good single malt next time together

We feel in love with Majestic Hills! We had Matt Watson as our Land Consultant who took us out to look at the properties. He was wonderful! He showed us around the area and gave us some history about it. He was very helpful and took the time to answer all the questions we had since this was out first time buying land. My wife & I have been looking at purchasing land for a few years now. Ryan Taylor took the time to sit down and get to know us, and find out exactly what we were looking for. This allowed Ryan to narrow the options down for us. They answered the phone the first time I called and gave thorough information and had me set up an appointment within the same call.John met us early and showed us several lots and had extensive knowledge about each lot we looked at offering potential build sites with the best views. He also me met me another afternoon to drive around to reselect since the lot we originally selected sold. Knowing what we wanted he was able to show me property that was essentially a flip of what we missed. Easy to talk to without pressure. We both felt very comfortable with John and are happy he was our guy!

The total process from the showing of the property, the responsiveness of the team members and their knowledge of what is entailed in land ownership was a very pleasant and very casual, no hard sell tactics. Bobby Gage our sales rep was great very knowledgeable and very accommodating, we were so satisfied and pleased with the whole experience with Lone Star Land Partners we recently bought our second property with them and Bobby was there for us as well for the second purchase. The land offered on these beautiful properties is exceptional my wife and I are very excited about our purchase and the possibilities that await us as we decide what to build on them. Lee Knight, cant say enough as to how he treated us. When we reached out to Lee regarding a property we saw on YouTube he told us that all the properties in that project had been sold. He assured us that another project was coming up and that he would keep us informed as to when the project would be ready for sell. True to his word, he would send us updates on a regular basis. He was very professional, knowledgeable and caring about what kind of land we were looking for. Never pushed us to buy. He made us feel like family. We believe that he will remain a friend forever. Majestic Hills: Great experience, from the first phone call on! The sales agent who took care of us was Matt Watson, and he was friendly, patient and never pushy. We were not the easiest clients as we had several specific requirements, such as two adjoining lots, at least one of them gently rolling, both with great views. He studied all the possibilities before we even met, and then drove us around and showed us everything that could meet our criteria. He even made reservations for us in a nearby hotel and we didn’t even have to pay for the night there! With his help we found the perfect two lots and bought them on the spot!
