    Randy and Shelby were super awesome friendly and helpful.I requested offers from other companies for my house a few days prior to contacting Living Ways Properties. Randy came and met me the morning I called and looked at the house and provided a super offer within a day. I waited for the competition to respond. They we also supposed to meet me at the house and look at it, but never came by at the appointed time and just made an offer over the phone based on the pictures which I supplied them Their offer was less than half of what Randy offered.Randy and Shelby helped me navigate through the closing process with ease.I highly recommend Living Ways Properties

    Shelby and Randy came in clutch for us. I spoke with them after my brother sold his house to them, and they did a walkthrough, following up with their offer afterward. We were in a financial crunch and really did not have the time to try to sell through a realtor.One thing to understand going in is that you will not get an offer which is going to be near market prices, however, we did come out with equity over and above the original price we paid for the house five years ago, once the mortgage loan was paid off. This enabled us to quickly find a new place, and with a 30 day leaseback in place, we did not have to scramble to do so.Randy and Shelby were wonderful to work with, never put any pressure on us, never played any games, and put us at ease at every step of the process. They are able to stop foreclosure proceedings if you are selling to them, and in our case were able to put money in our hands rather than us losing it all. They also did not require us to have the house clean as a whistle before leaving, which took a load of stress away from us after a terrible experience with movers. We feel bad for leaving a bit of a mess, but they have been so gracious to us and we are thankful. Beggars cannot be choosers, but they left us feeling like we made a great choice given our circumstances.If you are in a bind, Living Way can be your rescuers. Every person we spoke to or dealt with during the transaction was professional and cordial. Understand that they are a business, and they are taking a risk in this market just as much as everyone else. Can you potentially sell your house for more? Of course, but you are at the mercy of the market, banks and buyers, and a sale can fall apart in a heartbeat, possibly leaving you in a crisis if you are in the position we were. With Living Way, if you accept their offer, your sale is not going to fall apart and you are not going to be left in the lurch. They honored their offer to us, got everything done quickly when we provided everything they needed to do so, and gave us the cushion to move without stress. We even got back the deposit they held in escrow for the leaseback once we were out. You are better off choosing them and getting something of your home investment back, rather than taking your chances and possibly walking away with nothing at all by rolling the dice on the market, especially given the current state of the economy.A big thank you to Randy, Shelby, and everyone else affiliated with them for taking the Atlassian burden and worry off our backs and giving us the ability to get back on our feet financially. You were all so wonderful to us, and we owe you a debt of gratitude for your efforts on our behalf, financially and emotionally. We are now in a much better position thanks to you.

    I received a cold call letter from Living Properties - one of many I received from investors. In general I was skeptical of any investor letter, but I was impressed with the tone of their letter and the professionalism in the manner it was written.After meeting with Shelby and Randy, I chose Living Way to work with due to the integrity and straight forward dealing manner they projected. Working with them was a pleasure. Through out the process, what they said is what they did.
