I am a first time home buyer and my husband and I recently purchased our home in this community. From start to finish, it was a wonderful experience! Liz Munoz (sales associate) is extremely kind, professional, and just a genuine caring person. She was so sweet throughout the process, sending us pictures of our home as it was being built, which made us even more excited about this new step in our lives! I had a baby during this transition and she even gave a little gift for him and for our new home 🥰. I can’t recommend her enough!Our home is absolutely beautiful and I am looking forward to using the amenities like the pool and playground for my kids.Also want to mention the builder supervisor, Josh. He is also very professional and kind. During our walkthrough, he explained everything throughly and made sure everything was how we wanted it. If there’s any issues, they check it out right away.Thank you Liz! 💕 -

We are absolutely so thankful to have Oscar and his amazing team with us when we bought our new home. The communication was amazing and the dedication of his team went above and beyond in all aspects. We have our new home and I can’t think of any team, I would rather have have. If he is available, I would highly recommend getting with Oscar if you are new to the home buying process or, already familiar. Very well built homes had an electrical issue in the beginning but was resolved in less than 24 hours. Oscar Nordin was helping us, he was very knowledgeable, kept us informed of through the whole process, an was always available to answer any questions or concerns -

You would never know that Starlight Homes is a new company with the way they handled our entire process. From start to finish Liz was overly accommodating answering any possible questions or concerns that we had, considering buying a new home and moving is extremely nerve-wracking. She even made efforts for my family to visit the home that they were building for us every single week up until the week that we moved in so that our little ones would get excited about moving. I couldnt recommend a better place to live, let alone a team to work with when getting your first or second home. 5 out of 5 Stars. 10 out of 10 service -
