I had the best experience with Cynthia. My husband and I had been looking for land for almost 10yrs. I ran across Liberation Ranches on social media and decided to call. Cynthia told me what we needed to qualify and I must say it wasnt a whole lot of red tape. We turned in the documents and closed on our land in 30 days. I wasnt located in Texas at the time of closing so Cynthia made arrangements for me to close in the state I was in at that time. I really appreciated the process, professionalism, and patience she had with us. We are now 1st generation land owners of 12 acres and I must say it is beautiful. Thanks Cynthia.

I will first start off saying thanks to Esmeralda because she was the reason why we got the land that we wanted and she was absolutely amazing the entire way. We are first generation 13 acre land owners in Texas all because of her and she is now a part of our lives forever. She is a 10/10 across the board and she walked us through everything the entire way and was there at closing to support us.I’m only giving liberation ranches a 4 star because of the Black Friday deal that was advertised for 10k down payment then when they ran my credit, I had a few charge offs and they wanted me to put down 25k. I expressed gratitude that I was not willing to put that much down, and I only wanted to move forward with the land because of the 10k down advertisement for the Black Friday deal in December.They, then, wanted me to type up an email stating about the charge offs and why did I have them which was a covid-19 layoff issue back in 2021. After I wrote a detailed email, they, then, said I could put down 20k, which is still 10k more than the advertised amount. I was willing to do 15k but they still didn’t allow me to do 15k.There should’ve been a fine print that said “10k down with approved credit but depending on credit you down payment could more than the advertised amount,” or something along the lines of that. That’s the only disagreement I had about this entire process outside of 2 months later after closing and the private road still hasn’t started, and my private fence is not finished.I first viewed the property back in September and it’s now February but the road still isn’t done so I can’t do anything on my property until it gets done because large vehicles have to enter. Other than that, I was happy to do owner financing because I know my money will go to an owner and not a bank, which was another reason why we wanted to go through liberation ranches.I will update within the next three months on the progress of the private road and my fence if it is being built and finished, or not.

She was attentive since day one very nice explained the whole process step-by-step was very patient with me and my daughters was exceptionally nice was always available when we needed to answered her messages quickly answered any questions we had honestly, I would recommend her 100 times and I will be making business with her again. God willing she is responsible and amazing I recommend her 120%

I grew up “en el campo” in my country El Salvador with my grandparents and our pets🐈🐄 🐕🐖🦃🦆🐞🪰🕷️🦂🐍🦜 I came to Dallas and can’t live the same way I used to. I missed that for years and I told myself that when I get married I would like to live the same way with my own family. We where looking for some lands but none of them really convinced us to put our savings into it. I prayed God that we can find something better where I can be happy with it and not get mad or worry every payment but happy because Im paying for what I really wanted and like it. Finally God answer my prayers and we meet CINTHIA SILVA she was the person who answered EVERY QUESTION every time every day. She was kindly and respectful all the time. Everything was by phone but she made me feel comfortable and confident to sharing all my personal information with someone I never knew before. We met until our closing date. She got a lot of stuff/Gifts for us (which in my first property purchase I didn’t have nothing lol) and then I convinced than Yes she really is a beautiful woman inside and out. Very professional. If you’re looking for a realtor to purchase your land with Liberation Ranches SHES THE ONE.
