Michael Solimine makes the purchase experience easy and seamless. Great with communication, encourages buyers to get their own third-party inspection, and upon forwarding report to construction manager, every item is taken care of. These homes are quality and take longer to build than many other builders in the same price point. Living in Texas, every person should know that there is issues with the soil. Homes tend to shift as they settle. Just be consistent with looking around your home for any items that need to be addressed. That’s what your home warranty is for! I’ve had a great experience with Meritage and Legendary Trails.

Even though we were out of state and in a different time zone, he went out of his way to accommodate us. He was super responsive, knowledgeable, and understanding. He sent us detailed videos of different home options and handled all of our requests almost immediately. He made the process so smooth and stress-free, and his friendly attitude made everything even better.Tyler, the home builder, was just as great. During our walkthrough, he took the time to point out every little detail we needed to know about maintaining the home and even told us who to contact if we ran into any problems that he couldn’t solve himself.
