Chris Kamprath helped us buy some property recently and was amazing! We were moving to a new town and werent sure initially if we would buy or build. Chris took us through quite a few properties and 2 contracts om existing homes that didnt work out for various reasons before we finally settled on property to build a new home.After we went under contract on the property, it took 4 months or so until we could actually close. It was quite the process, and Chris was incredibly patient. He took the time to communicate well between us and the seller as two extensions had to be filed for reasons beyond anyones control. He was understanding with our myriad of questions and was calm throughout many hiccups. I greatly valued his ability to stay calm when things got crazy (as they always do with real estate) and to provide quick, informed, dependable answers to questions.I highly recommend Chris!!
