Absolute good experience. Markus is on the ball and is very knowledgeable of real estate rules and regulations. My family met with him and his wife. Markus informed of what was needed and provided us with all necessary paperwork and forms. Markus was able to track down a lien which was holding up the closing of our property sell and got it settled. Lastrap properties ensured this transition went smoothly, honestly and efficiently with a very fair closing price. The title company utilized by Lastrap properties was very helpful and also on the ball. My family is very pleased with Lastrap properties and the professional way they conduct business. Markus is always easy to get in contact with. Any future real estate dealings for any of the Garner family will be done with Lastrap properties.
