I would highly recommend y’all use Eric Gomez when looking for a house at Ashton Wood , he was phenomenal no words would describe how helpful ,patient, and kind he was in the process of purchasing our first home. Y’all could honestly call him any time throughout the day he will pick up ready to get you a solution to the problems that you’re facing. He was just A1 truly had an amazing experience. I would honestly do it again if he was the same person I had to go through!!! If your seeing this Eric, thank you so much from the bottom of my heart.

I’m incredibly pleased with the service I received from Ashton Woods Homes for my home purchase. This process can be cumbersome, Tomas Brizuela was fantastic every step of the way and made the difference.He helped me negotiate an ideal contract, and he was always available even when on vacation and communicated how each part of the whole process would move forward. He also profoundly understood the housing market in the area, which allowed meto get an incredible deal that exceeded my expectations.Beyond his expertise and professionalism, Tomas Brizuela was amicable and kind throughout my home buying process. He answered all my questions with in-depth explanations, ensuring I fully understood what I was doing and why it was necessary.I’m so glad I chose Ashton Woods for my real estate process needs. We purchased the Tyler plan in the 60 homelot section (gated). That was in October (21) and as of writing this today (July 22), we are extremely satisfied. Shirin Teymourpour was our saleswoman and she helped us along the way with every question or concern that we had.After we moved in, we noticed some things and I reached out to the project manager and he quickly pointed me to the right direction to get those issues resolved. And the issues I had were resolved within a 2 week window.I noticed that in the FB community page, there are homeowners who are really upset with the builders they went with. I can honestly say that we are happy that we chose Ashton Woods. The quality of the house build is excellent, and the few things we did find were fixed to our satisfaction.If you are looking for a new construction home, you cant go wrong choosing Ashton Woods, speak to them and make sure you have a line of communication with the project manager and things will go smoothly like it did for us.I hope this review helps potential home buyers looking at which builder is best for them :)

Work was done on time. Great flooring work. Good price. All tiles no plastic walls. Big house with lot of sqft. Installed home alarm system is not good but required by HOA. HVAC is good product but installer can give you run around. My controller were switched have to wait one week after closing to get it fixed.
