Let me start by saying that I LOVE my property built by Lago Homes! Lago Homes worked with myfamily and I to design and build a totally custom and luxury home that exceeded my expectations. I was able to engage with Lago Homes throughout the design and build process to customize literally any and every aspect that was important to my family, including but not limited to; incorporating an elevator, garage landing, double island, front elevation including stucco band locations and dimensions, etc. The great thing about this is that the Lago Homes team was there to provide steer and guidance along the way. They even offered awesome ideas we didnt initially think of that we decided to include. One thing I noticed is that Lago Homes has the ability to design and build a range of home styles, from traditional to modern, with all material types; siding, brick, stone, stucco, etc. The quality of work and attention to detail is impressive. With all of that being said, the best part of the process was engaging with the Lago Homes team. They made my family and I feel valued and was always willing to meet, and havetransparent communication. There was never a time where I felt I was was asking too many questions. I recently had my home built by Lago Homes, and they did an outstanding job. From the consultation and to the final walk-through, the entire process was pretty smooth and when there were bumps, they were there for me every step of the way. The team was attentive to my ideas and took care of the final details I wanted. The weekly communications and their availability was exceptional. I couldn’t be happier with my new home, and I highly recommend Lago Homes to anyone looking to build a custom home.

Thanks to Lago Homes for our awesome lakehouse! Their architectural designer created a fantastic design that was everything we hoped for. We were thrilled with the final product, which exceeded our expectations in every way.The team at Lago Homes was incredibly fair and transparent, keeping us informed and involved at every stage of the project. I think we talked to someone on the team almost every day. They truly put us first, ensuring that our needs and preferences were always a priority. I HIGHLY recommend Lago Homes. Unlike some other builders, their design and approach is totally custom, whatever we could imagine they could create! Ralph and his team communicated with us by text, mail or phone at all hours and on the weekends! Keep up the good work!
