I started this process for new subdivision in July 2023 and closed on my forever home in Dec 2024. While there are always challenges with a new build, Sales Advisor Todd Maxwell is absolutely amazing! I know I’ve made a friend for life as he genuinely cares about the community and its residents. It is not about the sales with him and he has such a great heart and really gets to know everyone and connects with common interests. Construction manager Alex Stone is also a great representative and cares about the quality of the house. He handled any concerns quickly and professionally. Can’t say enough about Jess Hernandez of the warranty dept also. She is so helpful especially as we navigated being the first residents in the neighborhood. Lots to figure out!This neighborhood is very cohesive and am excited to be apart of the original group!

We are happy to have finally closed on our new Messina style home on Jan 15th. Our thirteen-month adventure with Ladera-Little Elm began in December 2023 when there were no streets and utilities were still being installed. Our sales rep Todd Maxwell stayed engaged with us each step of the way from the initial sale through the subsequent building of our home. His frequent updates were a blessing as we moved to Texas from the east coast during the building process. Over this past year Todd has become a trusted friend! The Ladera-Little Elm property has been gifted by having a cohesive working team supporting Todd after the initial sale with Alex Stone and Austin Pitts as the Construction Managers, and Jessica Hernandez as the Warranty Coordinator. Each one of them has proven to be approachable and if they didn’t have the answer to our question or concern, have researched and gotten back to us quickly.While every new home community will have hiccups, especially in the initial build out, we feel like we have made the right decision with Ladera-Little Elm. We look forward to seeing the community amenity center “The Hub” being built this year which will provide more opportunities to engage with our new neighbors and become a true community.

I’m so excited to be moved in at Ladera Little Elm! I have no doubt that this is where I need to be to start my new retired lifestyle! Todd my sales agent made the process seamless. Alex & Austin, construction managers, were always available to answer my questions. They were very professional, polite and friendly. They were very tolerant! I can’t say enough about how warmly I was treated. Jessica is still assisting me to get me set up in the portal which will be important! I am anxious to getting to know my new neighbors and look forward to The Hub! Thank you Ladera for helping me start on my new adventure! I’m love my new “Avanti”!

My husband and I closed on our Castilla model on Jan 21 and moved all our household goods in Feb 11. We are thrilled with our new home and truly feel at home in our new house. We moved here to be closer to family and to be part of a community of older adults and look forward to meeting new friends.From the day we first met with our sales rep Todd Maxwell he made it clear that he would stay engaged in getting us to our goal of our new home and residence in what is shaping up to be a lively community. We signed on early on, when Ladera Little Elm literally was still dirt and utilities. We waited 19 months for this day and feel that our patience was worth the wait. Laderas reputation preceded itself along with a few commendations from our daughter and others and we felt assured we were doing the right thing-even when we literally waited a year to see our slab poured.But here we are in our beautiful home!Along with Todd, we worked with Alex and Austin our GC and his assistant GC. Both men are great communicators, personable, always glad to see us and always seemed to have every detail under control. And when they didn’t they were transparent and got back to us quickly with the information.After closing, Jessica stepped in as our warranty coordinator. She’s easy to work with and a good communicator.Again, we feel this was the right move to make because of how the whole process played out and have bright hopes for The Hub and our future here at Ladera.

I had the pleasure of meeting Todd Maxwell at a home building event for Ladera Little Elm, and it was clear right away that he has a genuine passion for the community and an incredible depth of knowledge about the entire home building process. He took the time to answer questions, provide insights, and truly make the experience engaging. If you’re looking for someone who is both knowledgeable and dedicated to helping others, Todd is definitely the person to talk to! Highly recommend.
