    My previous review did not reflect an accurate rating. We love La Hacienda at San Felipe. We have been there several times and we love the tranquility of the place and the people of San Felipe. Eric and his staff at San Felipe rentals always have accommodated our requests. We love it it here and will continue to visit. more people should visit here.

    Love San Felipe. A quiet getaway where weve owned a home on the beach for 23years. Not a lot of night life except for holiday weekends. They have off road racing twice a year and a great shrimp festival in November which brings the town to life. A lot of American seniors live here.

    Wonderful condo! Almost everything you need is there, but a few things were missing. Our unit had no coffee pot and tea bag style coffee is not available at the market. No bathmat and slippery tile floors.

    Great location, and friendly staff. Next to the Malecon and a seguir tu guard sits in the parking lot all night. Very safe.

    The place is nice and clean, with security and they had control over the noise and the parties, other years it was a little quieter you could go to the beach to relax, on this occasion there were more people than normal, with music, motorcycles and razors, which I did not think since I attended the place because it was a little more familiar and relaxed

    Very quiet and familiar atmosphere, all the apartments (rental houses) are in very good condition with affordable prices, the only disadvantage is that they are located 15 minutes away from the boardwalk but have access to the beach and pool within the subdivision!
