I want to thank Katie Jo Kautsch of Ashton Woods. She is theTinder of home finders!I accepted a job offer in San Marcos in mid-June (2024). This meant I had to get my house in Madison, Wisconsin ready to sell, sell it and then immediately find a house in San Marcos that I could quickly close on. I looked at about a dozen homes in the area. La Cima and the home Katie Jo showed me were both amazing! I fell in love. There was one hitch. It was Friday afternoon and I was trying to wire my earnest money to guarantee my offer.I didnt realize how long a wire can take to be processed. I was on the phone with Katie Jo as I was boarding my plane back to Madison and the wired money still hadnt shown up. I was panicking. I was going to have to hang up and take off when Katie Jo said, Mark, dont worry. I got this for you.Im writing this review from my living room in my new home that Katie Jo fixed me up with and I love it!
