I attended your Home Buying Seminar today and it was phenomenal! Every speaker was detailed, went into depth, answered everyone’s questions. It was amazing. You all are definitely God sent, I was blessed to be there. Thank you Ferrel for blessing me, I can’t give you enough stars! I was at Reformers Collective in October and I heard Ferrell share her story and I was all in. So I went home and started looking into different ways to acquire land. I checked into Opportunity Zones on YouTube 1st and then on the web I looked at Fort Worth Tx and looked at land in person in Dallas. A couple weeks later I scouted the land and found a man with a name close to mines and from there I was able to get about 25 acres available for me to establish a collective vision with the owner of that to build a farmers market
