We recently considered selling our home again, and chose Kevin to do a market analysis, guide us through the process, make recommendations on how to best sell the house, where to invest our sprucing up money in the best way, etc. We were extremely impressed with Kevins thorough, detailed and accurate approach to all these tasks. His comp analysis, budgeting and timing of remodeling, marketing plan and pricing guidance were the best I have ever seen. You can tell Kevin comes from a scientific background (Master in Neuroscience from Yale, no less), he certainly applies those skills to real estate.
