We unfortunately, had to sell my mother-in-law‘s home, and the best solution was Kendall partners. They offered us a fair price for the home and we were able to take our memories and leave everything that we didn’t want to take. They handled the removal of all the other items And there was no charge for the service. They were very pleasant to deal with and the entire process went very seamlessly, and quickly. My wife, Grace, and I would highly recommend them if you’re in a similar situation and want a fair price for your home without having to do any repairs or upgrades to put it on the market.

I recently worked with Kendall Partners to sell my home. I had reached a point where continuing to live alone in such a large house was not feasible for me on a financial level. Also, I am getting older and dealing with the upkeep of a larger home was a challenge for me. I was intrigued by the idea of selling the home and not having to clear out a good 30 years worth of stuff that had accumulated! Also, speaking as someone who lives with multiple dogs and cats, the idea of opening up the home for multiple showings was a potential disaster. I contacted Kendall Partners to sell my in-laws home in IL along with two other home buying firms. We found the process to be fair, easy and efficient. The initial offer presented was fair while the other two offers were extremely low ball. After some negotiation with Jordan, we came to what seems like a reasonable price given the condition of the home. No pressure, no games and Jordan treated my in-laws and wife, who he met in person, with respect and they were very comfortable working with him. Once the contract was signed, Kendall Partners took care of everything else and the deal closed very close to the projected date with no real issues. We were wary dealing with a home buyer company, but have come away feeling like Kendall Partners helped us with an easy button to sell my in-laws home.

My wife passed away last year and we built a wonderful business for over 30 years at the Cottage Garden Farm which is still in operation and is a must see retail destination. She decorated this house with me and we remodeled it and rebuilt it into a new structure with the purpose of selling it in case we needed to go to a nursing home nearby and also it was for a second home to stay in touch with the family locally in that area. Her style in decorating and finishing the home reflected our 30 years of business at the farm in many artistic ways. Our heart and souls were into that home. Was hard for me to visit the home for obvious reasons it was time for me to move on and have closure emotionally. I did not want to sell it in a conventional way. I wanted to move fast and have closure. I had many offers from other investment companies. But I didn’t feel comfortable with them until I called up Kendall Partners Jeff buys your house. The next day, a Kendall representative came out to evaluate my home. I felt so comfortable with him, and had such a sense of fairness and honesty with the staff that I signed the bill of sale in two hours during our first meeting. We respectfully negotiated a price right there on the spot . After that, it was so easy. I trusted Kendalls attorneys to save me that cost. You have to go through Chicago title company anyway it has to be legal and by using their partnered attorneys, it went fast and smooth! . And it was so easy I even did a remote closing without even being there in front of the attorneys I use the iPhone with doc U sign to do the closing. FedEx overnight signatures, and shortly after closing I received my check for the sale of the house via FedEx overnight. I highly recommend Kendall partners, and I mentioned to them that they were so easy and fun to work with and my experience was so enjoyable I said hey have any openings I wouldn’t mind working with you guys!.

Several years ago I received a call from an unknown number, for some reason I answered it and was asked if I was selling this particular property. I had papers the next day. 10 days later the deal was complete. After emailing the papers they took care of everything. My only task was to stop into the office to pick up my check. Jeff and Aaron made selling my aging parents 4 unit apartment building very easy. I spent 30 minutes on the phone telling Jeff what we had, the condition it was in, What an appraisal stated it was worth and what I was hoping to get for the property. Aaron came out and looked at the building a few days later. Within a week I had a single page simply worded contract stating they would buy the property as is as shown for what I was hoping to get for the property pretty much exactly when I wanted, just a few weeks later. All the standard closing costs were covered by them. A problem we were unaware of showed up when the title was pulled for the sale. Their team contacted the correct authority and fixed the problem in a few days with no help from us. Aaron did a 10 minute walkthrough the morning of the closing . There was no need for us to even go to the closing. The funds for the sale were transferred to my parents checking account the same day. All this with just a few quick signatures. The next day when I called to take the utilities out of my parents name, I found that their team already did their part and had contacted the utilities to transfer the services.
