We just closed on our Kendall Home in Rose Hill Estates and we couldn’t be happier with the entire buying process. Mike is a great sales counselor and Trace is a wonderful construction supervisor. They delivered on all promises and we were able to close and move in very quickly. I have no doubts we will enjoy our Kendall Home for many years to come!

We purchased our home, which was in construction, at a difficult time coming out of the Covid shortages. Although it took longer that expected to complete, we are happy with our home. Some of the finishes werent where we would like them, but the overall home design is wonderful and as we have now been in our home a year, I can appreciate the thoughtful touches, like lighting switch options, and plug placement. We needed some minor repair on the paint in the creases of our tray ceilings as we neared the end of year one. They had someone look at it and then sent a crew to preform the repairs. Their crew went above and beyond, touching up little scrapes that we had caused. Overall, very happy with our Kendall home.

Surprisingly, the process was rather easy and very pleasant. Miss Ashley is the best and made the experience feel like we were visiting a friend, rather than looking for a home...She is so professional and very genuine. My wife loved the house warming gift as well. Love the quality of homes and the craftsmanship.

Excellent builder for first time home buyers. After years of living in a 2 bedroom apartment and a couple of issues that I had with my credit, I never thought that I could afford my own home. Kendall helped me build my credit while they were building my beautiful new HOUSE. They really helped me accomplish what I never thought would be possible! Now, the money I pay every month goes to something that I own, not someone else. Thank you for helping me to finally start living the American Dream! I would not have been able to do it without Kendall Homes.
