Top-notch management group! I have lived at multiple communities managed by Kairoi and have always been impressed. Their attention to detail is unmatched. The TaylorDallas, TXI want to give a shout out to 2 Maintenance Technicians who helped me out with my car 1 morning. I had been away traveling for 2 weeks and when I returned home to The Taylor, my car battery was dead. Michael and Denni offered to jump my battery and saved the day! I was able to make it to my morning appointment and then get to a Auto Parts Store to get a new battery. Much thanks Gentlemen!!!! -

Axis 110 - Cullen was an incredible help with getting us the necessary equipment to get in and out of the building. Were here leasing an apartment and highly recommend this place to anyone that wants a quiet, well constructed place to live and explore. -

Kairoi is operating at Sterling oak hills and is extremely responsive. I sent out the maintenance request in the morning and they were here within 7 minutes of the request being filed. They fixed the problem i presented with my sink and then I mentioned I had a problem with my shower and they fixed that within the same visit. Maria was very knowledgable and quick to act. -
