Johnny Tran at Xcel Homes was delightful throughout the process of buying my first home. I bombarded him with questions and requests and he responsiveness and overall customer service was a big reason I purchased a home through this company. One and half years later, I still very happy with my home and its appreciated more than I expected in a neighborhood going through significant gentrification. They pay attention to details inside and outside the home that were important to me. If you get a chance, drive around and look at some of the Xcel homes for yourself.

Johnny is one of the best agents I have ever worked with. He is responsive, knowledgeable, and a very good negotiator. He answered all my questions and concerns. If you need a real estate agent, definitely go with Johnny.If you are looking for a modern townhouse in Houston, go with xcel homes. The houses look ultra modern both from exterior and interior. The finishes are of best quality.
