    I am sort of tired of realtors who take a detached, transactional view of our house buying experience. Thankfully, this was not the case with Jeremy. In Jeremy we found not just a dedicated effective professional, but a kind and caring friend who genuinely had our best interests at heart even when he had nothing to gain.From the very beginning, Jeremy was dedicated and selfless, giving up time on his family vacation to talk to us while he was actively touring museums in DC. Later in our home-buying process, he helped us several times as we faced sub-optimal conditions in our temporary housing arrangements.We found Jeremys intimate knowledge with the town he has called home his whole life a huge advantage for us. He was able to provide recommendations for everything from painters to restaurants, and had that invaluable insider information on the little quirks and differences from one neighborhood to another.Jeremy was very available both via phone, and for showings, often able to go see houses the same day they were listed, a huge advantage in the Austin market. Through his expert advice and guidance, we were able to purchase the second house we made an offer on, and at list price to boot. Unless youre living under a home-buying rock, you know that this is a legendary feat! I am sure it is not fair to set your expectations that high for your own Austin home-buying experience, but I guess I would just say if it could happen at all, Jeremy is probably your best bet.Even after we had closed on our house, Jeremy continued to watch out for us, checking in on us and providing us advice on property tax.Overall, we found Jeremy to be a beacon of hope for a professional under assault by the rising tide of online and digital alternatives. He is the antithesis of the faceless, nameless companies providing home-buying services, and that inside edge was what we needed to succeed. Weve moved in now and are finally, after almost a year on the road, moving from place to place across the country, at home.

    We had an opportunity to work with Jeremy a couple of times. He helped us buy and sell a house over the past few years. There is a reason we are repeat customers. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient and wonderful to work with. He and his team made the process so easy for us. Jeremy and his team were extremely responsive. Regardless to how silly or mundane the questions might be. What we most liked about Jeremy was a how personable he is. We consider him a friend and think anybody that has an opportunity to work with him would be lucky. Truly a fantastic person to work with.

    Jeremy help us with the last minute sale of our home. After needing to relocate with little warning, we were scrambling to find the right person to help us. Communication with fantastic and nearly instant - which had to happen due to our timelines. He helped provide a number of options and suggestions that helped us make a decision without feeling pushy. Without Jeremy and his team, we would of never been able to relocate on time - cant recommend him enough.

    I worked with Jeremy as a first time home buyer. I was searching during the crazy Covid housing market where everything we were offering on was going for way over asking. Jeremy was very patient and persistent as we went out and viewed properties each weekend. Jeremy had a lot of local knowledge on the state of the market would give advice when asked. Jeremy made me feel very comfortable going through the home buying process and I never felt pressured to offer more than I wanted in order to close a deal. In the end, we were able to get a below-asking offer accepted and it ended up being $19k below the appraised value.

    Jeremy is a gem of a realtor. He sold two of our properties in Round Rock/Pflugerville TX area and handled all sorts of “situations” professionally with a swift sale for both. He took care of both of the properties like his own to ensure these are in tip-top shape for the prospective buyers. We couldn’t recommend anyone more, he is one of the best realtors we’ve ever come across, Texas, Nevada and California combined! And did I mention that he has the best/most proactive team? Feel yourselves lucky if Jeremy is able to work with you, he’s the best !! :)

    I have used Jeremy several times over the years as my realtor, and he is the best! I am a property investor, so I need to get the lowest possible purchase price, and he always manages to get the prices down more than I could have imagined. On the selling end, I’ve always gotten list price or above on my properties after being on the market only a few weeks. He is very knowledgeable of the Austin area markets, as he’s lived here for years, so he is able to provide me with accurate information so I can make a sound selection on the right property to purchase. So far, I’ve made a great profit on every flip, even during COVID times, and I will definitely continue to use Jeremy and his team.

    So happy we found our real estate agent Jeremy. As soon as we found a home we were interested in he called within minutes. He helped to get all of our offers in timely. We were purchasing at time when there is a bitting war on the properties. Jeremy was so quick and professional. We actually bought our house from out of state since because of covid we were not able to fly in to see the homes. Although it was so nerve-wracking and scary we were determined. Jeremy advocated for us, went in to do FaceTime or to send us thorough videos from inside as well as the neighborhood. He went above and beyond. He even caught a few things that needed addressing or fixing prior to closing , and things would get done very quickly when he handled it. Jeremy is at work 24/7. it was very reassuring to know he is honest and does everything to ensure a smooth process. We have actually seen the house now and we love it. It is just the way we imagined and saw from the videos. So thankful for meeting a great realtor and his team.
