I came into this Starlight Homes office with the intent of browsing a few different homes made by them in addition to a few other local builders. Rachael Scott was extremely courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly confident in the homes without being overly pushy. My decision to move forward on a property was definitely influenced by how well she did her job.I got a much better vibe from her than the agents from other builders I met with that day. She was great to work with and I would definitely recommend going out of your way to have her be your point of contact.

Although this wasnt my wifes and I 1st home search, this home search turned out to be one the best experiences weve had. Andrew with Starlight homes in communications with our realtor, got us to get a better deal! By going with their lender, we got a lower rate, incentives and better deal on closing costs.Compared to another builder we started with, this turned out to be the best option.

I was in the process of looking for another home due to construction delay from another builder. I am so glad I met Nick Brady who helped me go under contract and close my first home with Starlight at Hymeadow. I am so impress and felt really lucky to have Nick on my side. He was always quick to reply to my emails and texts even on his days off or past business hours. He always on time with weekly construction updates. I am really thankful I had the opportunity to work with him. Also, want to take this opportunity to thank Angel Solis, the construction mgr on my home. Without his help and commitment I would not have been able to close when I did! Collectively the team I had was nothing short of amazing!

Starlight homes made it easy and comprehensive to buy our first home. Our salesmen, Andrew Ferri, did an excellent job at keeping us informed and being on top of every step of the process. I highly recommend looking to Starlight for your first or any home purchases in the future.

If you are looking for a home near Austin this is a great choice. There have been issues with the property but all warranty requests have been responded to promptly and the vast majority of issues have been fixed without any expense to us. If you are looking for an up and coming community this is in a good spot closer to Austin than San Antonio. Also, since moving here a Costco and other great businesses have opened nearby within a 15 min drive. We have been in our home now for about a year and continue to see the neighborhood growing and a pool will soon be added. You also will not beat the price for the size of the homes and the quality of the homes. I have been in other new build home and this is definitely above the quality I have seen in a DR Horton home. Dont expect anything extravagant but it is much better than what you would find in Austin for a similar price and without any hassle having to make costly repairs as all the systems in the homes are brand new.

My wife and I worked with Hailey Frey during the home buying process through Starlight homes. From the first form of contact with Hailey she was informative, kind, and extremely fast acting/helpful. Although our purchasing process did not follow through (not due to Starlight homes) we felt comfortable and cared for. As an LGBTQ couple we were extremely impressed with the inclusivity that Hailey provided and highly recommend Starlight Homes to any and all people searching for a home builder. They provide a waitlist and first come first serve option that is great for first time homebuyers/not having to get outbid! Overall, we hope to work with Hailey in the future as her kindness left a positive impact on an extremely stressful situation. Thank you Hailey!
