I dont know where to begin. Semyon is hands down the best agent i have ever worked with. I have to say that I am a pretty high maintenance customer (change my mind every two weeks, call with ridiculous questions, take 2 years to actually buy a house...) and he is always responsive. always professional. always makes me think that i am his top priority. in addition to his ninja patience, he KNOWS this city. he knows how to find great value for your money. whether you need a forever home or an investment, semyon is definitely your person. seriously, if he can put up with me he can handle anything.

I had been working with another realtor from a well known and respected organization and was told the maximum I could expect to get for my home was around 270k to 275k and that if I was not satisfied with that I should seek guidance with another agency. With Semyon as your real estate agent you dont have to go on Zillow or Harp to look at homes.
