We Buy Houses San Antonio Company bought my moms house that she was in for 40 years. Her house needed a lot of repair work. Gel answered all our questions and they made the process very easy. They gave my mom a fair offer on her house and she closed in three weeks. We could have closed in two weeks, but we needed an extra week to clear out my moms house. Originally contacted this group because they are local San Antonio. That was important to me as the house I needed to sell is in an area of town where housing prices are relatively low, but has a great school, and good neighbors, and could be a wonderful opportunity If someone could flip it, fix it up, and resell to a local family who might now otherwise get into a home. The process was very smooth and quick. Sal is passionate about his work and has a beehive of creative and talented people from administrative staff producing top notch contracts to designers and skilled trades to quickly morph the property into something new. This is a comfort to some of us who are letting go of a loved ones home. I pray that whomever is found to buy the newly refurbished house will be blessed.My sister who is an estate attorney and realtor in Austin reviewed their initial contract and commented that it was one of the better ones she has ever seen and didn’t make any recommended changes!Thank you for taking good care of us!
